Promoting peace through understanding

Listen if you choose. The music never starts automatically.
Being heard does not mean being believed.
Being heard means having a meaningful opportunity to be understood.

What · Why · How
What: Listening is not endorsement. Why: Premature dismissal may prevent worthwhile questions from being tested. How: Identify the problem, hear the proposal, separate observation from interpretation, invite opposing perspectives, and choose a reasonable next step.
